CULTURE OF LIFE
This group proclaims a message of life in the face of a culture that accepts abortion and it helps pregnant women. The members share a vision that life begins at conception and should not end until natural death.
Our catechetical program to help children receive the sacraments. The children come with their parents on Sundays and we help the parents to teach their children what they should know so that they can appreciate and practice their faith. We are always looking for catechists to help this process.
This group promotes devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe reinforcing our traditions and the practice of our faith through charitable works and prayer. We maintain contact with other Guadalupano groups and help them to put on the Guadalupe Mass for the Diocese. We also work to make the Feast Day of December 12 a beautiful experience for our parish..
GUADALUPE ORGANIZING PROJECT
A group of parishioners who help the parish to find out what social and political issues have the greatest impact on their lives and then try, with organizing committees in other churches, to find ways to address those issues.
This is our free childcare at the 9 and 10:30 AM Masses. It provides a happy atmosphere filled with faith for children between 3 and 6 years old.
We generally need: Readers, Communion Ministers, Ushers, Hospitality Greeters, and people to help with the technology.
PROYECTO BAJA CALIFORNIA
We look for ways to serve the neediest people in the Tijuana area through light construction, some maintenance and delivery of food.
This program helps adults prepare to receive the sacraments that they may have missed along the way.
SOCIEDAD DE MIGUEL PRO
This group helps people who are needy after speaking with them and visiting them in their homes
This is a volunteer-run ministry that provides parishioners with information at the Welcome Table on parish groups & ministries, receiving sacraments, special events, etc.
This is a program for young adults, ages 18 to 30. It actually will encompass three groups: young singles, young couples and young families.
The youth group gives high school kids a chance to build a community in an alive and spiritual environment. It offers the chance to do service and to pray. Through the youth group, high schoolers can also prepare for Confirmation.
