Quinceañera

Quinceañera

Quinceañera masses are scheduled nine months in advance on these days and times:

Fridays: 2:30 pm

Saturdays: 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:00pm

We are honored to celebrate your daughter's Quinceañera at our Parish!

Although it is not a sacrament, this ritual recognizes the sacred responsibility of a woman's transition from childhood into adulthood.  We offer a formation program so that the quinceañera can live a life of encounter with God.

  • The parents and daughter must first meet with the Quinceañera coordinator.
  • After your meeting, please proceed to the parish office and reserve the Quinceañera mass.
  • All Quinceañeras must have already been baptized and received 1st Communion in the Catholic church. Please present these certificates when reserving the Mass of Thanksgiving.

Other Requirements and Details:

  • Quinceañera must attend the preparation classes and join a Youth Retreat.
  • The parent/s and daughter must commit to attend mass every Sunday for nine months prior to the Quinceañera.  An Attendance Card will be signed by the celebrating priest, parent and daughter.
  • The Quinceañera is highly recommended to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation/Confession before her Mass of Thanksgiving.
  • The parishioner offering is $600.00, with a deposit of $100.00. For non-parishioners the rate is $1200. Payment must be received in full 60 days prior to Quinceañera mass. The deposit is non-refundable.  To receive the parishioner rate:
  • The family has to have been registered with the parish at least 6 months prior to the day of selecting the date of the Thanksgiving Mass (15 mo. before the Quinceañera).
  • The parents must have been donating regularly  (weekly/monthly).
