Growing in the Catholic Faith
- Are you interested in learning more about Catholicism?
- Are you non-Christian and desire to be Catholic?
- Were you baptized in another Christian denomination or tradition and desire to become Catholic?
- Were you baptized Catholic and desire to grow in your faith by completing your initiation through First Communion and/or Confirmation?
If yes, it is with great joy that we welcome you, and we feel grateful for your interest in Adult Faith Formation!
Note
If you are civilly married or living together and desire to prepare for the above-mentioned
sacraments, please schedule an appointment first with Marriage Formation Coordinator.
Some of you may know this as the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) in which you prepare to come into full initiation into the Catholic Church. While others only know this as preparing for First Holy Communion
and/or Confirmation.
We hope that those of you desiring to prepare to receive sacraments as adults will join us. This will become your personal journey in which you are invited to open your heart and mind to the teachings of Jesus. Many who lived this experience have expressed it to be a life-giving journey. We hope to provide a comfortable space for you so that it will be life-giving experience for you as well.
