- Your Announcement will be posted on parish social media and electronic bulletin
- The content is subject to review by the Pastor and the Media Support Team and will be published at their discretion.
- The bulletin editor will condense or re-write as needed.
Below there are two different forms:
- If you have your own design
- For those who the Media support Team will provide support with the design of your submission
If you have your own design
Please verify that only have relevant information. Less is better. Use the fields in the following form as a guide.
- You can send your embedded content in a photo or image (jpg, png). Please follow the image requirements.
- Image requirements:
As we know, you don't want our parish to run any risk of a lawsuit (it's happened to other parishes). It's the reason why your image should be original, the person sending it must have publishing rights for all media or be royalty-free. Please use websites like: Unsplash, Pexels.com, Pixabay, StockSnap.io, Dreamstime, Freeimages.com, snapwire.com, photos.eCatholic.com, etc. Simple Google searches are not a good source. - Please note that if the image does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right not to publish the submitted design, but we will still publish a modified one.
- If you want to show more information besides what is relevant in your announcement: You can send us your document (pdf) which "WE WILL NOT MODIFY" and it will be added as a link so that those interested can read it in detail.
